Job Description:

  • HRBP role responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving business and employee engagement initiatives, and supporting talent development. The role includes managing HR operations such as onboarding, payroll inputs, PMS, HR systems, and policy implementation. Partners closely with Sales and Technical Services teams to maximize field force productivity and effectiveness. Conducts regular market visits to assess training implementation and identify development needs. Drives HR analytics using strong MS Excel skills, covering manpower planning, attrition, budgeting, productivity, and other key HR metrics. The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, exit interviews, and continuous process improvement.
