  • Skills: Union management, industrial relations, labour laws, contract labour handling, statutory compliance, HR policies, PMS, R&R, manpower planning, administration & facilities, strong communication\r\n\r\nQualifications: MBA / PGD – HRM preferred\r\n\r\nExperience: 12–15 Years (Minimum 8 years in Factory/Plant HR & IR)

Job Description:

  • The role is responsible for leading HR & IR functions with strong focus on union management, labour relations, and contract workforce handling. Reports to the CEO and includes driving HR policies, PMS, manpower planning, statutory compliance, and overseeing administration and facilities, while ensuring effective employee relations and stakeholder management.
