Job Description:

  • The role is responsible for providing frontline HR service delivery across HR operations, payroll support, recruitment coordination, and handling employee queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution as per defined SLAs.

    Key responsibilities:
    • HR case management and ticket resolution
    • Employee lifecycle transactions and system updates
    • Payroll data support and validations
    • Recruitment coordination and documentation
    • SLA adherence and escalation support
    • Data entry, reporting, and quality checks

    Key Deliverables:
    • ≥95% HR requests closed within defined SLAs
    • Accurate and error-free transaction processing
    • Daily and weekly operational reports
