Job Description:

  • The role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, appraisal processes, capacity building, policy implementation, HR administration, and organizational development, while coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    Reports to: Senior Finance & Administration Manager

    Key responsibilities:
    * Selection, Recruitment & Orientation:
    1. Preparing JDs with the support of Senior Finance & Administrative Manager
    2. Providing announcement of recruitment
    3. Shortlisting the candidates for the positions
    4. Fixing interviews with the candidates
    5. Maintaining process documentations of the recruitment
    6. Maintaining HR individual files for all the staff members
    7. Tracking the details of staff / consultant contract period
    8. Preparation of staff / consultant contract
    9. Conducting telephonic interviews
    10. Managing the orientation and onboarding process
    * Facilitation of Appraisal
