Job Description:

  • The role is responsible for leading strategic and operational HR functions across Compensation & Benefits, HR Technology, Payroll Governance, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management. The role requires frequent travel to sugar factories (7–10 days/month). Reports to VP–HR (Group). Works closely with GM–Corporate HR, Unit HR teams, and Corporate Finance. Key areas include Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits, HR Tech implementation, HR MIS & analytics, Employee Engagement, and PMS, L&D & capability development.
