Job Description:

• The role is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations, ensuring social and statutory compliance, driving performance management (KRA/KPI), succession planning, and talent development. Includes managing employee engagement, industrial relations, HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination), strengthening HR systems, and working closely with leadership to align HR with business goals.
